Ward 8 Follow Up Community Summit

Join us at the Ward 8 Follow-Up Community Summit to reflect on the progress that has been made since the Ward 8 Summit last July and to share your ideas about what should be done in the future.

On Saturday, June 9, Ward 8 residents will join Mayor Vincent Gray, Councilman Barry, and representatives of many government agencies for a Ward 8 Follow-Up Summit. The three-hour session will help develop community based priorities for continued development in Ward 8. To register to attend, please sign up online.

This Community Summit will help shape policies and activities in several areas, including:

  • High quality and affordable housing options

Those who attend will:

  • Learn about major projects that are being developed, planned and considered in Ward 8
