On Saturday, July 9, 300 residents joined Mayor Vincent Gray, Councilman Barry, and representatives of many government agencies for this historic Ward 8 Community Summit. The Summit was a day-long interactive work session to develop priorities that will be used to ensure the community has a strong role in managing the economic changes it is undergoing.
